Privacy Policy and Cookie Usage

We would like to inform you that in every case, you have the right:

  • to access the content of your data,
  • to transfer your data,
  • to correct your data,
  • to rectify your data,
  • to request the deletion of data if there is no legal basis for their processing,
  • to request the restriction of processing if it has been done improperly or without legal grounds,
  • to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the controller,
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act), if you believe that the data processing is not compliant with the applicable data protection laws,
  • to be forgotten if further processing is not required by the applicable law.

Please note that these rights are not absolute and may not apply to all personal data processing activities (except for the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which you may exercise at any time if you believe we are processing data in violation of the law).

For this reason, we have described below the principles, scope, and your rights related to the collection of data for each purpose.

Orders made through the Online Store

When placing an order, we process data related to the execution of the agreement. The processed data includes: company name, company address, NIP number, possibly the first and last name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Providing the specified data is voluntary but necessary for placing an order.

The provided data will be processed for the main purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing invoices, statistical and archival purposes.

We may share the data with a courier company to deliver the order. The data needed to issue an invoice may also be passed to an accounting company handling our settlements.

We will process the data received during the order until the expiration of any claims under the concluded agreement. Data needed to issue an invoice will be stored for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose. Additionally, after this period, the data may still be processed for statistical or archival purposes.

For this data, you have the right to correct it, but only until the order fulfillment is confirmed.

After the expiration of the claim limitation period for the concluded agreement, you may object to the processing of data for statistical purposes and request the removal of the data from the database.

Customer Account in the Online Store

By creating an account, the customer provides their data through the form. The customer can provide the following data: company name, company address, NIP number, possibly first and last name, address, email address, phone number. We process the provided data to manage the customer account.

The account holder may update, correct, or delete their data at any time.

Data from the customer account will be processed as long as the account exists.

Contact

When contacting us via the contact form, email, or phone, you provide us with your personal data. Depending on the form of communication, we may process personal data such as: first and last name, address, phone number, email address.

In every case, we process only the data we receive from you.

The provided or acquired personal data will be processed to respond to your inquiry and possibly prepare an offer or handle a complaint or request.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond.

The content of the correspondence (which contains your personal data) will be stored for 3 years from the end of the year in which the contact was initiated. The data retention period will be extended if the initiated contact resulted in a concluded contract. In such cases, the longer processing periods for personal data, as described in the section: “Orders made through the Online Store,” will apply.

Visiting Our Website

Our website uses (and collects information) about visitors only to the extent necessary to provide services at the highest level.

If you have not contacted us and are only browsing our website, we do not access your personal data.

Entering our website and subsequently navigating it involves sending queries from your device to the server where our website is hosted. Every query to the server is logged in the server logs. The logs include, among other things: IP address, server date and time, browser data used to open our website.

The data stored in the server logs does not allow identification of a specific person. Server logs are only used as an aid in solving website operation issues. Only authorized personnel have access to these logs.

Principles for Processing Personal Data and Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data

Your data will not be subject to profiling (i.e., automated data processing).

In relation to the processed personal data, you have the right to request access to your personal data processed by us, to correct, transfer, delete, or restrict the processing of your data.

You may also object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent (given by initiating contact) for the processing of your personal data.

If you exercise your rights, you will receive confirmation of the action taken or information about the impossibility of performing such actions due to our legitimate interest, such as defending against potential claims from you.

In any case, you may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. In many cases, before taking action before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, it is required to first submit a request to the entity concerned by the complaint. Therefore, in case of concerns about how we process personal data, we recommend that you first contact us with your request.
